Rising of Asian economies call for a new generation of Asian business leaders who have a global vision to integrate resources and create values for customers all over the world. Instead of teaching western management theories or merely applying these theories to a Thai context, the iMBA at PIM creates and imparts knowledge from the perspective of an Asian business executive about how to envisage, germinate, configure and grow a truly global business.

The establishment of AEC and integration of the regional economy requires a better understanding of the business environment of Thailand vis a vis its regional partners, as well as personal exchange and rapport of young business leaders. The iMBA of PIM aims for a diversified international student body, provides special course modules of the regional economies, and encourages cross-cultural networking with its overseas immersion program.

In education industry, the information technology revolutionizes the modality of teaching and learning, enhances the international mobility of education institutes and global competition of Universities. MBA program all over the world have also been challenged for their relevance to business practice. The iMBA of PIM leverages the support of business network to create a deep learning experience with hand on practices in business labs, on-site classroom of company visit and corporate mentor system.

iMBA Course Detail

iMBA courses are uniquely designed to provide practical knowledge in global business philosophy. Students learn about key international and regional business applications. Choosing either Thesis or Non-Thesis Module, the students are required to complete a total of 42 credits to graduate.

Class Schedule

For each subject of 2 credits, students are required to study 24 hours in class and spend 6 hours in company visit. Each course takes 2 weeks to complete, including studying in 2 weekends and a company visit on one Friday in between.
